Champions Kit — Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Champions Kit, we take pride in delivering the right product in the right size to every customer. We are committed to making things right in the rare event that we fall short. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds strictly in the following cases: you received a wrong product (different from what you ordered), you received a wrong size (different from the size you selected at checkout), or you received a defective or quality-compromised item. Requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video or photos as proof so our team can verify the issue.

2. Sizing & Fit — Please Read Before You Order

We want to be fully transparent: returns or exchanges due to personal fit preferences are not eligible under this policy. Every product comes with a manufacturer-provided size chart. Once you select a size and place your order, it is a confirmed choice. If the item fits differently than expected — feels tighter, looser, or simply doesn't suit your preference — we are unable to process a return or exchange for that reason. Please choose your size wisely before ordering.

⚠️ Player Version Kits — Important Sizing Advice: Player version jerseys and kits are designed with an athletic, performance-fit cut that runs noticeably slimmer than regular wear. We strongly recommend ordering one size up from your usual size when purchasing player versions. For example, if you normally wear a Medium, go for a Large. This small step makes a big difference in comfort.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is verified and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If your exchange is approved, we will send you the correct replacement item at no additional cost. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address — just pack the item securely and hand it over.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

To avoid confusion, the following are not covered under this policy: fit or comfort preferences, items that have been washed or worn, tags removed, requests raised after 30 days of delivery, or requests submitted without unboxing video or photo proof.

7. Policy Updates

Champions Kit may update this policy periodically. Any revisions will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the revision date.
